WORKING WITH WANDERLUXE

  • It starts with a conversation — always. Once you reach out, we'll schedule a free 20-minute discovery call to talk through your vision, destination, travel style, and what you're looking for in the experience. From there, we'll recommend the best service path for your trip and get to work.

    Depending on your package, you'll receive a fully customized itinerary, accommodation and experience recommendations, dining and activity planning, and all the logistics guidance you need to travel with ease. Our goal is simple: you show up, we handle the rest.

  • That depends on the service you choose, but across everything we offer, you get one thing above all else — a thoughtfully designed travel experience that feels like you. No generic itineraries. No copy-paste recommendations. Just a curated plan built around your personality, your pace, and the kind of trip you actually want to have.

    Here's a quick breakdown of our services:

    • Discovery Travel Consultation — $250 A one-on-one session to clarify your travel vision, destination, timing, and approach. Includes personalized guidance, destination and timing recommendations, budget alignment, and a next-step planning roadmap. Ideal if you want expert insight before committing to a full plan.

    • Curated Itinerary Design — Starting at $850 (Domestic) | $1,200 (International) | $1,500 (Complex/Multi-City) A done-for-you planning service that includes a fully customized itinerary, accommodation and experience recommendations, dining and activity planning, and travel flow and logistics guidance.

    • WanderLuxe Signature Experience — $2,500 Our most immersive offering. Designed for multi-city or multi-country trips, special occasions, or travelers who want a truly elevated planning experience with ongoing support. Includes a deep-dive consultation, fully curated travel experience, ongoing planning support, and concierge-style guidance throughout.

    Payment plans are available upon request.

  • WanderLuxe handles the research, recommendations, and coordination — including restaurant reservations, hotel bookings, and experience arrangements on your behalf. Clients are responsible for flight bookings and any direct payments. Think of us as your travel concierge: we make the calls, secure the reservations, and handle the details so you don't have to.

  • As a general guide:

    • Domestic trips → At least 4–6 weeks in advance

    • International trips → At least 2–3 months in advance

    • Complex, multi-city, or group trips → At least 3–6 months in advance

    That said, if your trip falls outside these windows — please still reach out. We'll always do our best to accommodate you, though shorter timelines may result in additional planning fees.

  • Yes! Payment plans are available upon request. Just mention it during your discovery call or when you reach out, and we'll work something out that fits your situation.

DESTINATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Not at all — WanderLuxe plans trips worldwide. From domestic getaways to international adventures across Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, Asia, and beyond — if you can dream it, we can design it. We do the research so you don't have to, regardless of the destination.

  • Absolutely — group travel is one of our specialties. From European girls' trips to curated group travel experiences like the San Juan Experience, we know how to bring people together around a well-designed itinerary that works for everyone. We also plan women's retreats and corporate offsites for organizations looking for something more intentional than the standard team trip.

  • The San Juan Experience is a curated luxury group trip to Puerto Rico, co-led by WanderLuxe and FitzVenture Travel. Built around the Lola Challenge (a destination race with 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon options), the experience includes race registration, accommodations, airport transfers, local dining, music, cultural exploration, and a community of intentional travelers — all coordinated for you. Runners and non-runners are both welcome.
